The Requirement
Kansas RegulationsExempt operators must complete 12 hours of approved training each calendar year to stay compliant with Kansas requirements.
This course fulfills the requirement outlined in K.A.R. 100-73-9 and includes training topics consistent with K.A.R. 100-73-7 and K.A.R. 28-35-256.

The course is delivered entirely online and may be completed at your own pace. Successful completion of all modules and any associated assessments is required to receive a certificate of completion documenting 12 hours of training.
