
At its July 9, 2026, meeting, the Kansas Health Care Stabilization Fund (HCSF) Board of Governors nominated and elected Dr. Travis Oller, Executive Director of the Kansas Chiropractic Association, to serve as Vice-Chair of the Board for Fiscal Year 2027.
The Health Care Stabilization Fund plays an important role in Kansas’ healthcare liability system, providing professional liability coverage and helping ensure the availability of healthcare services across the state. The Board of Governors oversees the administration and financial stability of the Fund on behalf of Kansas healthcare providers and the public.
Dr. Oller has served on the HCSF Board since his appointment by the Kansas Insurance Commissioner in 2019 and has served as Vice-Chair since 2022. His election reflects the continued confidence of his fellow board members and ensures that the chiropractic profession maintains a voice in discussions affecting healthcare providers throughout Kansas.
